* This works for clean installs and upgrade scenarios.
1. Skips TPM (Trusted Platform Module) check.
2. Skips Secure Boot check.
3. Skips minimum CPU (Processor) check.
4. Skips minimum 8GB RAM check.
5. Skips minimum 52GB Storage check.
6. Enables installation on Legacy BIOS/MBR systems.
7. Enables Offline Account via OOBE for all Editions.

System Diagnostic Effortless software and hardware scans

Defective or bugged drivers on Windows are often the source of instability and crashes of Windows of the Blue Screen of the Death (BSOD) .
    That is, Windows crash death.

Windows 10 features a pilot verifier tool that allows pilots to be stressed and pilots who can cause crashes.
Driver Check works in real time and tests Windows drivers.
If a pilot commits a prohibited action as an illegal appeal, the pilot verifier will cause a blue screen.
This tool is ideal to help you identify pilots that can cause BSODs.

Hi mate, any chance you can create a Windows 7 Pro x64 with latest updates including final updates KB5021291 and KB5022338, I have managed to get to this point but these 2 updates fail to install and I think it has something to do with Extended Security Updates and needs bypassing to install.
I have some special programs to run and it can only run on Windows 7 Pro x64 and using latest Virus software.
Is this something you can do?

@Clayton Here is a repost of a comment iMade on Zone94 with links 2 the best Windows 7 versions iHav found so far ~>
My latest 'compilation' of the best Windows 7 versions I've found. iAlso tried buying a legit copy & it auto-destroyed itself (much like Windows 11 does, though I'm sure 10 & HATE (8) R as bad or worse). U R way better off with the 'free' versions, as they have all the 'updates' U need already 'rolled in', & been stable years on end 4 'many users I've seen' =D Note some R older, & the latest / newest 1 at the bottom of this list works fine 4 me in my 'testing' =) ~>

& yes, it would be great if Mr. Ramsey could do his 'Zone94 Magik' 2 it 2 make it even BETTER! =D He likes 2 pretend 'just use Windows 10/11 instead' as if they R not INFINITELY WORSE than 7 in tons of ways. I should make a list, but it can start with the auto-self-destruct feature of constant 'phone home & sabotage your machine' bull$hit so-called 'updates' LOL!! Even big tech channels like 'Linus Tech Tips' don't 'wise up' & disable all that garbage from the start.

ALL forms of 'updating' should B PERMANENTLY disabled by default, same as iDon't ever alter $hit after 1'st install, so long as everything is working, as MOST 'so-called updates' (((Big Tek))) doz R just a trik 2 DAMAGE yor PC 2 $ell 'Upgrade$' L8R = kind of like how in 'Windows '98' they bound the 'Explorer' 2 the '$hell' so they could progressively $abotage it 2 the point where by 'IE6' it would leak RAM & CPU bugs & stuff so bad people thought they 'needed' 2 use NT (re-branded as 'Windows 2000' LOL) & buy all their 'Office $uite' over again because none of it would work = iCould go on & on days on end 4ever about all the $cams = same old $hit, a million ways =P It's easier 2 $teal than create, so if 'creation' helps them $teal, they will 'create' more 'latest greatest' ways 2 rob U, like DOWN-grading 2 Windows HATE (8) & so on LOL

These Windows 7 versions iListed R just something people put 2gether so they can 'do actual work because they need it', not a $cam like the ridiculously 'incomplete' official tra$h from Micro$hit direct, which they won't even $ell 2 U N E more, because they want U 2 graduate 2 even WORSE $hit, like 'Windows Diarhea v11' LOL The other $hit went down way easier, like iCan handle swallowing the $hit in Window $ex Pee (it really is their inside joke = watch Bill grin =)) but HATE = that's just 2 much #NoStartButton HAHAHAHAHAHA =)))) U gotta' understand, if U want 2 'navigate' the game, they R your enemy. They want your PC destroyed. They want U unable 2 work, & sick, & 2 'disappear'. That's Y all these predators promote the (((Clot $hots))) on top of their 'upgrades' = like 'upgrade' yourself by chopping your nose off LOL ~>
      https://justpaste.it/33gfu

The 'jewel' of a functional, useful operating system is found IN SPITE OF Micro$oft & every other 'vendor'. It's there, but U have 2 work 4 it, like 'Mining 4 Gold' & 'hacking' a pile of horse $hit into something tasty, like mushrooms instead =D Just because iLike the taste of mushrooms doesn't mean I deny where they come from, or what their 'parent' really is LOL Microsoft OSes R $hit (& the rest of them, Linux, Mac, etc.), but from them U can 'grow your treats' =8^) They're way worse in 'default / original' style, same way U don't want a mouth full of $hit. It's all very 'philosophical' = 'The Wild Order Of Nature' =;-o

@kolipoki LOL, as always, the function of 'windows update' is 2 damage your computer, & fuk up your life.  It's ((($adistic Bull$hit))), & the best thing U can do, which I suggested 2 Mr. Ram Zee, & he refuses 2 do, is permanently disable all forms of 'auto-updating' by default using a tool like that 'sordum update blocker' thing here ~>
      https://www.sordum.org/9470/windows-update-blocker-v1-8/
4 example, I've been running an old 'Ramsey' (??) release 'hacked XP' whatever 'integral' blabla for about a decade & never touched N E 'update' krap, & runs fine, same as nearly every ATM machine on Earth runs on Windows $ex Pee (XP) & they need no fiddling.  THE PURPOSE OF UPDATES IS 2 WRECK YOUR COMPUTER, 2 TRY 2 TRICK U INTO BUYING CU$TOMER $UPPORT $ERVICES & EXPEN$IVE HARDWARE UPGRADE$ 2 $OLVE THE PROBLEM$ THEY CREATED, $O THEY CAN $HOVE THE NEXT SET OF PROBLEM$ ONTO YOUR MACHINE 2 $ELL U MORE BULL$HIT OVER & OVER, 4EVER =;-o

BTW: MY favorite 'update experience' is the ridiculous nonsense (B 4 I switched 2 'hacked' versions with all the stuff 'pre-installed') was Win 7 sitting there literally like 2 days 2 'update', the whole time thrashing the drive like mad, trying 2 destroy it = NO reason other than 2 $ABOTAGE your device$ =P It could simply download the 'updates' & install them like N E regular program, instead of taking literally 200X longer 2 'update' than 2 install the entire operating system from scratch. U must understand, these Vendor$ like Micro$cam R crooks, not your buddy or there 2 'solve problems', but create them. They only have stuff that 'does something' as an avenue 2 ruin U in other ways, so it's a game of navigating around the 'bugs' like a mine field, sifting gems from $hit.

      @kolipoki
What U R saying is incorrect.  iUse PotPlayer a lot & it's totally stable, even in portable form =)  The main problems with it R the default settings R not 'optimized' (CPU hogging vs. MPC) & some of the 'modules' R pointless, like the EQ that lets the thing distort if U boost N E thing (if it were written right it would 'normalize' or something so keeps N E peak from 'passing zero').

The version iPrefer is PotPlayerPortable v210209 as that is the Last XP Version, & it also supports 'AV1' codec videos, unlike MPC or FFDShow (yet), but in my comparisons 'VP9' looks better, & AV1 was just a gigantic $cam 2 develop something inferior = more banding & jaggies than VP9 around similar file size, & eats CPU like crazy = pointless =P  VP9 is definitely a LOT better than MP4 = way less blocky @ N E 'dimension' or file size, relatively speaking.

The ideal thing 2 do would B 2 blend some elements of PotPlayer (like it is FASTER & MORE STABLE than MPC-HC = less CPU 2 play back bigger videos = less 'dropped frames' or 'tearing', when configured right) & AV1 support (just in case =) & MPC-HC, because other than that it's better than PotPlayer, & AC3Filter because it's way more powerful 4 'sound processing' =)  & of course 2 add 'ReEQ support' in the 'global' Windows Sound Mixer output ~>
= Better than 'Equalizer APO' ~>

BTW: Speaking of 'test tracks for Equalizer APO' (? =)  That other was more 'mainstream ballad-ish' 2 give a nice 'all around example' but iPrefer this kind of thing as 'stuff that sounds way better with good EQ' goes =D ~>
Things like this R not so picky ~>
& stringy 'classical' things which 'audiophiles' often praise as so 'critical' is actually really E Z 2 do nicely even with 'trash' speakers, so maybe that's part of the $cam there = just 'buy whatever else'?  Like a $hop where I worked in San Francisco would charge lots 2 wire up 'IR sensor networks' instead of just a cheap little wireless repeater =P  Interesting also how Turkish & other 'Middle Eastern' classical music is SOOO much better than 'Europeanish' =;-o ~>
There R limits tho (horrible recordings of GR8 performances =) ~>
    Turkish iz tha $hit! =;-o  iMeen, mozt muzik iz krap =  it's a ratio thing =) ~>
BTW: Notice in (((FakeNooz))) & other ((($hill-Tard))) Outlet$ ppl often call it 'Terkuyie' whatever with funny squiggly shapes & $hit they don't even use or spell that way, just 2 say 'Their name is strange so U goy should go bomb them' like the 'free Kurdistan' bull$hit =P  Meanwhile like 1/3 or more of Turks R kurds = it's like saying 'Shave The Cat To Keep Them Warm' LOL ~>

Mr. Ram Zee U kan may B add 'Equzlizer APO' 2 yor 'releases'? = FUN FUN! =) Does 'Equalizer APO' even run on Windows 11? Not sure & will try soon, but for those of you with Windows 7 on something, I have a few interesting & helpful discoveries 2 share that will make an EXTREME IMPROVEMENT to your computer sound system, 4 FREE! =D

When carefully configured, the 'Equalizer APO' can make an AMAZING improvement in the sound quality of ANY speaker system, but even after being out a couple DECADES the program still has a lot of bugs & counter-intuitive design problems. For example, in my experience after you save a 'preset configuration' the only way to make it active again after re-installing the program (or maybe also after switching to some other by 'magic' =) is NOT to open it within the program itself, which will just 'display' the settings but not actually USE them. Instead you must go into the program folder & (preferably) back up the existing 'config.txt' file, then COPY the preset you want into that folder & rename it as 'config.txt'. The settings should then apply immediately (while playing sounds, like even a streaming Youtube video =) I'm not sure if enabling 'Instant mode' matters but mine was set that way when this 'hack' worked =D ~>

Equalizer APO program folder location example =
    C:\Program Files\EqualizerAPO\config

Also, extremely important = back up ALL your configuration files to a different folder somewhere else AND save them into a 'zip' file otherwise the program can often DELETE all your work when all U were really trying 2 do was 'reset' the fields in the program user interface instead, or when uninstalling or reinstalling there are various 'reset' options that end up doing essentially the same thing = not just resetting the program, but REMOVING your 'customizations' you had just sitting there AVAILABLE to 're-enable'. It's like 'malware / virus' level crazyness = WTF? =P

As for external gear, using a high qality 1/8" stereo to thick dual RCA stereo as your interface between the computer's sound output & the amplifier/receiver/speakers stuff makes a GIGANTIC improvement in reduced noise = more than people may think is even possible. I guess it's to do with better 'shielding'? There's basically NO noise AT ALL this way, in contrast to when using a long 1/8" to 1/8" connector cable between the same 2 devices, in my case a natural-sounding Dell OPtiPlex 755 MT computer (with the 'happy mistake' AD1984 chip =) & a Philips HTS8100 'sound bar home theater receiver & DVD player + sub' ~>

    https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/optiplex-755/drivers

    https://justpaste.it/5gjb1

Note: GR8-sounding cheap or free 'obsolete junk' / happy accident chip treasure Dell PCs include ~>
Dell OptiPlex 330, 360, 755, 760, 780, 960 & Precision T3400, T3500, T5400, T5500, T7400, & T7500. Please everybody help 'save them from the landfill'. I've worked 'audiophile' high end & 'home theater systems for the rich & famous' & all that jazz, & no matter how much U spend it won't really sond better than this, as 'where do you go from realistic'? LOL =)

    https://www.usa.philips.com/c-p/HTS8100_37/cineos/support

The attached example of my current (but ever-improving & evolving =) EQ curve for this 'sound system' using 'Equalizer APO' shows how the settings look in the bottom display window of the program & the parameters listed in the preset file I renamed to 'config.txt' so the program would actually use it (rather than only 'display' the curve, etc.) Note that I am NOT saying YOU should use these settings for YOUR system, just that they made MY system sound SOOO much more realistic =D ~>
= Makes the 'nails on a blackboard / screechy' sounding 'fancy sound bar thing' sound like a 'real' set of quality speakers = 2KQQL! =B^)

Your needs will B different depending on the speakers & stuff in YOUR setup, but the point is 'don't B afraid 2 add more modules'. This is maybe 'overkill' but 'works for now'. As I find something that 'pokes out' in some annoying way, I 'dial it in' by BOOSTING at different frequencies 2 find out exactly where it is, then 'notch' it out by reducing that area, then a broader 'boost'around the area to help it 'blend in' = & that's how I ended upwith a 12 band 'graphic' EQ AND 12 'peak' LOL If somebody would just port 'ReEQ I wouldn't need more than 12 or so grand total, because of it's way more intuitive & 'direct physical contro' type of design ~>

So if MR. Ramsey or 'whoever' can just port that 'ReEQ' thing so it can run in some kind of 'APO' (Audio Processor Object) or 'ASIO4ALL' layer in the Windows 'global' sound mixer output, that would B relaly AWESOME & I would B happy 2 help fund such Project$. Y'all can reach me at 'balkanguy (at) live (dot) com'.

    * REZOLVING BLUE SCREEN ERRORS IN WINDOWS 11,WINDOWS 10.*
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
Blue screen errors (sometimes also called black screen errors or STOP code errors) can occur if a serious problem causes Windows to shut down or restart unexpectedly. You might see a message that says "Windows was shut down to prevent damage to your computer" or a similar message.

    * Screen shot of blue screen error

The problems that cause these errors can be both hardware and software. If you added new hardware to your PC before the blue screen error, turn off your PC, remove the hardware, and try restarting. If you're having trouble restarting, you can start your PC in safe mode. For more info, see Start your PC in safe mode in Windows.

You can also try getting the latest updates with Windows Update, asking for help from other sources, or restoring Windows to an earlier point in time.

If none of these steps help you resolve the blue screen error, try the Blue Screen Troubleshooter in the Help app:

    In Windows, open Get help.

In the Help app, type Troubleshooting BSOD Error.

Follow the guided instructions in the Help app.

Note: If you're not on a Windows device, you can run the Blue Screen Troubleshooter in your browser, go to Contact Microsoft Support, and type Troubleshoot BSOD error. Then follow the guided instructions under "Recommended help."

You can find more information about the specific STOP error code at Error Verification Code Reference.

NOTE: Ramsey, why does the BLUE SCREEN appear after installing Windows at the first Update?

@kolipoki it Could be that the Windows is installing also a driver that's not compatible with your computer hardware.
Try to install the Up-to-Date drivers before running the Windows Update.
