1. Burn the Windows 11 ISO file on a DVD disc by using a Brun program like CDBurnerXP (http://cdburnerxp.se) or use Rufus (http://rufus.ie) to create a bootable USB Flash Drive with the Windows 11 ISO file.
2. Do a BACKUP of your important files on a separate Drive.
3. To avoid accidentally creating a Windows 11 Online Account or running into the Account bug (Other user), disconnect your Computer from the Internet before you install.
4. At the Windows 11 Setup menu select "Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)".
5. Delete all the old Windows Partitions and then click on install (Be very careful to select the correct hard disk drive).

    Hello,
    2 questions :

    1. How to find Game mode, it is missing from Settings ?
    2. How to remove login password requirement ?
    Thank you !

      Ramsey · 26 days ago
      @Rumzeiss Simply tip it into the start menu (Password, Game Mode).

      @Ramsey None of these tips work. Game mode tab should be part of the settings but it is not present in this version ! Login with password is required every time you start or restart computer. I would like this requirement to be removed if possible and to enter Windows without password. Awaiting your reply. Thanks!

      @Rumzeiss Remove the password you have set if you want to Login without a password and check your Game Mode settings in Windows 11.

      @Ramsey
      1. There is no Game Mode section in this Windows version, that is why I cannot check any settings. My question was why Game mode is missing ?
      2. Windows does not allow you to remove the password, or at least I dont know how. You can only change it.

      @Rumzeiss If you don't have the settings that are on the pictures below, then reinstall your Windows 11.

      @Ramsey
      I have the same settings from the left picture, but that doesn't help me remove the password, just changing it. The gaming setting from the right picture, I don't have at all.
      I installed Win 11 Home N.

    Hey brother, can I disable the automatic script that's being executed whenever I create a new user?
    • This commment is unpublished.
      Ramsey · 2 months ago
      @Yox It's part of the configuration to have the same settings on every User Account.

      Description ->
      * All the included extras can be modified or removed in the ISO/Disc folder ".\sources\$OEM$" (Removing the $OEM$ folder will also remove the update #1 and #4).

      @Ramsey I already installed Windows, and I'm happy with it, I just need to edit / remove the script for future users. Could you guide me to where it's stored after installation ( not in the ISO/Disc but in the system drive (C:) ), please?

    which edition would be the best to run on VM, start required services, apps and forget about it? I mean, that OS will be running "forever" and it will not download updates itself and reboot etc.?

    the screenshot description on 1337x site reminds me of what Thumper used to load, it was always a very complete Windows 10 or 11 about 3 years ago. Has anyone seen Generation2 downloads? Someone suggested he died last year. Thank you for the awesome work here!

      @TruthTrumpsALL47 Over the past 10+ yeras I saw so many people doing this by simply throwing in a few updates into tools like "W10MUI.cmd" or "nLite/NTLite" and after a while, they gone to never to be seen again. 😅
