    Hi Ramsey
    Thanks for the new ISO
    I noticed that the acpi.sys shrunk to two.
    Does this mean that are, THOSE compatible with most of the new motherboards ?
    Then I noticed that its replacement occurs only in the i386 folder and no longer in the.cab archive. Can it therefore also be replaced manually ?
    • This commment is unpublished.
      Ramsey · 1 years ago
      @Martino Contento All the other acpi.sys files where almost the same, that's why they where removed.
      And the acpi.sys file is replaced in the i386 folder and in the driver.cab file.

      @Ramsey Hi,
      I set up an original XP SP3.iso without any updates, without any extra drivers,
      to the Asrock z690 Extreme board with 12900k cpu.
      Into this *.iso I integrate by hand only the Kai nvme 1.3 driver and the acpi.sys 7777.
      This I install to my 960 Pro 500 Gbyte nvme device.
      No harddisk in Device Manager, no USB, only nvme 960 Pro.
      Now I test Dxdiag.exe. All ok.
      Now I install the AMD 145 USB driver. First I have to put by hand usbd.sys into system32\drivers.
      At once Dxdiag.exe crashes on the "Input".
      So, it does not depend on the special *.iso,
      it is a problem from USB at the z690 chipset
      Dietmar

      @nuninho1980 Hi,
      I put an Via PCIe USB3 card with VEN_1106&DEV_3483
      on the Asrock extreme z690 board.
      And when I disable all onboard USB devices,
      with this USB3 card from Via no crash for Dxdiag for "Input" happens
      Dietmar

      PS: So this Bsod only happens because of the onboard USB devices of the z690 boards, chipset z690.

    Thanks to all who helped with the latest XP IE. Much appreciated. I am trying to connect via a mobile hotspot from an iPhone 8. WiFi driver sees it but doesn’t show 'WPA2' and there is no field to enter password hence can’t connect. I can connect to a Huawai GR5. Both mobiles date from 2017. I suspect that even the latest Atheros WiFi driver for my Acer Aspire 5733 laptop (2011) is now too old to cope? Any suggestions welcome!

    Hello, i hope you could help me with some issue: when i try to install win xp integral i can't get past the loading screen at the beginning. It's always stuck at 'loading fontfile ()/_ISO/e2b/unifont.hex.gz (height=16)....
    As a matter of fact 2 days ago i tried to install win 7 on the same machine and i always got stuck at the bar 'windows is loading files'....
    Could this be some problem with my hard drive or machine itself do you have any idea? Thanks

      Ramsey · 1 years ago
      @Jari If you get the same problem when doing a USB Flash installation then it's very likely that your Hard Disk Driver is defect.

    Hello all, maybe someone can help me?
    I have a Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2C motherboard. Every driver worked fine until I reinstalled Integral Edition. Since then, the audio drivers don't load and there is a conflicting PCI Device under System Devices in Device Manager. Help would be appreciated.

      @infuscomus Hi,
      for me this new storport.sys works on the Asrock z370 k6 board.
      I choose 1,3,5,7,8,A,B,C,D,E,J .
      This is Kai Schtrom with this storport.sys and also Move USB3 Live USB works.
      But I see, that it is a win8.0 version, not win8.1, why you change

      I was experimenting with different windows 8 beta versions to see which ones still use older PoStartNextPowerIrp instead of the new PoFx functions and this one seems to be the last one.

      I can't say that I trust it's reliability though since it crashed my VM, so I think for now continue with using windows 7 storport.

      also I admit, I derped with my original message thinking I was using storport 8.1 and forgot I'd experimented with the windows 8.0 betas.

      my bad, I need to pay more attention to which storport I'm testing.

      @infuscomus For me, it does not crash.
      At energy still not HD shutdown is listened,
      but no crash of harddisk.
      But this win8 storport.sys does not like to work together with any of the Microsoft stornvme.sys

      @Ricardo Jose You actually have xp  sp2 64 bit? Interesting. Adding 64 bit updates, if available? resulting in equivalent of the last Integral 32 bit version we have on offer is probably a very tall order or is it? I'm not qualified to answer, but Ramsey would have replied if this possible/feasible I'm sure.

      @Grissa I wouldn't ever consider doing anything that involves the BIOS unless you ABSOLUTELY know what you're doing. There have been cases where users literally bricked their motherboards due to a bad BIOS update. A failed BIOS flash can literally make your PC unusable...and that sucks enough on its own, but sucks even worse if you invested a lot of money into the PC (well into the hundreds, or even thousands).

      Unless you have a valid reason to update it, I wouldn't even consider touching the BIOS. I'll update a lot of things on a PC--maybe put in a video or sound card, though I do fine with integrated graphics/audio--but the BIOS is one thing I NEVER touch. Sometimes there are valid reasons to update the BIOS...but you need to make absolutely sure that the update is compatible, and that you have a clear and well-defined reason for updating.

      T.L.D.R. - If your PC is still working, don't do ANYTHING else with the BIOS! No updates, no firmware, no nothing...just leave it alone! Trust me on this!

      @Grissa maybe you have options that are not compatible, you need to tweak or properly set up your bios to make x86 XP compatible, this dsen;t mean you need to upgrade or flash your bios, just check the options it has, maybe you're missing something

    Hi Ramsey,

    I'm gonna try and implement Windows 8 Power Framework functionality into the ntoskrnl extender to get windows 8 storport to work for XP - This Framework is the reason why Mov defaulted to the windows 7 storport, no framework means easier to work with. - Although I don't know if I'll succeed in implementing it, I'll at least try.

    Any ETA on the next integral Edition release?

      @infuscomus Will be interesting to see if this works better than the Win7 storport.sys file. 🙂

      The base WinXP-IE is already done only waiting to finish up the Patch Integrator.
      I also found out that all Time Stamp Server dropped the SHA1 support and now using the SHA256 instead. This is a problem, because the Windows XP Setup doe not support SHA256. So now I've removed the Time Stamp from the 9-WXPIE.cat file.

      EDIT:
      Here is anther Patch Integrator beta. Changelog:
      1. Rearranged the selection options.
      2. Checking for minimum of 3 Gigabit storage space.
      3. Accepts now any ISO file with the word "(Vanilla)" in it.
      4. Digital File Signing works now for any Windows XP ISO.

      @Ramsey Hi,
      I notice, that you delete the AMD Sata 337 driver.
      But this driver is needed ( the 402 version is different).
      For new AMD boards only those 337 or 402 drivers works

      Okay here is a new version. Changelog:
      1. Rolled Back the AMD SATA driver version from 0402 to 0337.

      @Ramsey New Pach Integrator v3.3.14 used for a new XP ISO with acpi7777, PAE128, Sata Kay, Silicon Motion NVMe, USB3 drivers.
      XP installation via 'Yumi USB stick' successfully completed on a samsung 970 evo (as only disk drive connected to the asus B250, no SSD). Good work, thanks.
      The only 'usual' problem: the driver for the USB2.0 hub was not installed, so USB mouse and keyboard didn't work during GUI mode and on the desktop. The following drivers are missing in the system32\drivers folder: hidusb.sys, usbccgp.sys, usbhub.sys, usbohci.sys.
