    Sir admin,
What about your suggestion to start Win 7 Integral Edition because Win 7 will expire on January 16.
Win 7 integral becomes much much more interesting than Win XP because right now all Softwares latest version works on Win 7 perfectly.

@Akhlaq Ahmed Windows 10 will also work on every Windows 7 computer. Windows Vista/7/8/10 are all Windows NT 6 versions.

New to the forum happy holidays to all.hope this is the right place to post issues. latest xp integral installed and launched flawlessly one minor error message..
sysinfo amd asrock 990fx professional 16 gb ram fx8350 SSD 1 tb Samsung QVO
anyway issues.. reason for using integrated ahci driver for this motherboard.. have other windows xp on this computer all rock stable but bios is set on IDE ( on this system shows up as scsi .. I think that is normal)
    1. occasional BSOD with opera browser and some ssd management software
    2. fails on occaison to restart or shutdown have to do so manually as it gets frozen
3.older samsung magician software does not recognize ssd .. though did not have this issue with prior xp use
    4. LC tech ssd doctor states can not perform trim on ssd as it is not supported .. however nareon ssd tool does so without error
    5. no sound

the two main reasons for using this edition is to have AHCI and Trim available for xp on SSD .. one option is possible to install on regular HDD and clone to disk .. will try see if that makes a difference

any thoughts would be appreciated again not sure if this is right place to post so pardon me

@mark Keep in mind that Windows XP is not really supported anymore by new computer components. You better of simply installing VirtualBox and run Windows XP on it. This will also not require any computer reboots to switch between the Operating Systems.

If anybody wants to install a MUI language pack, benefitting from the updates/hotfixes which might be english-specific when it comes to base system files, but also experiencing XP with their native language other than English, I recommend getting harkaz's SP4 MUI Pack (most robust, complete), which will also work in Integral Edition too.

@Guest16346 Quick notice about it: the download link from google drive is unavailable (shows a 404 error; probably has been taken down). I have written to harkaz about it (first via PM, then 10 days later after no response via e-mail), so here goes hoping he responds to it. (He was last active in RyanVM a month ago)

It would be a shame to lose this magnificient pack, since it fully translated XP to any language without harming the English base files, which is a big plus because one could be able to install English-only hotfixes this way while keeping the language.

@Guest16346 This may (?) help. It seems that the following link points to the new Harkaz (Charalampos Kazakos) Google Drive space:

@Ramsey Either that or on anonfile. They seem to be lax and not strict when it comes to this shit.
there's also dmca.gripe but you have to fool around with parting the files, and everyone knows that it's sometimes nasty, especially if you consider a situation when one part is taken down.
About the link being dead, it doesn't have to actually be a takedown, but nevertheless it still sucks.

Either way if anybody has a suggestion on a good non-bullshit DDL file hosting that supports large file sizes (say 20 gigs or above; the ISO size of it was ~5GB), has lax rules and is convienent to use (so none of those premium download shit that you have to use shady debrid or cbox generator sites), let me know.
A friend of mine seems to still have the SP4 MUI ISO on his thumbdrive, so if he finds it and sends it to me, i'll reupload the file and share it here (and on ryanvm, of course). If harkaz comes back and reuploads it, it would be even better because my reupload wouldn't be a sole mirror now.

@Philip29 Can't find the SP4 MUI stuff in here, alas.

@Guest16346 I found it (at last!) lost in one of my usb sticks. It is the original Harkaz file, untested (yet) by me and unmodified. It is a BIG file (5,1 GB), so maybe it is a good idea to use a download manager. It is available now (probably for a limited period of time) at the following link:

Is there a link with the SATA/AHCI drivers used in the making of the ISO? I'm trying to make my own ISO with only these drivers, but can't get the right ones for my Optiplex 745 (ICH8), now that Intel have removed all Windows XP drivers from its site.

@minervo https://www57.zippyshare.com/v/Io1Eu4hk/file.html - Download link for Mass Storage; WLAN download link is down due to inactivity.

You can also find the mass storage driverpack in the XP-IE ISO too, under the name of "DPM180421.7z" in [ISO]\OEM\
Under this directory is also the WLAN driverpack, under the name of "DPL180421.7z"

@Grissa The impatience of some people! It has been only weeks since the last release. When there is newer updates to the existing software etc I'm sure there will be e.g Jan or Feb 2020 release. Now be a good boy and be quiet until then.

How does this version of windows xp pro work correctly with rufus? On certain motherboard chipsets using a regular XP pro sp3 disc unmodified making a usb boot disk with rufus, it will always give you a 0x0000007b stop code error after it tries to load even if the computer is IDE only and no sata , what I know what causes this is a bug with the bios , and is due to the installer not recognizing the USB drive to copy things over to the hard drive. How is this windows xp installation disc modified to fix this issue?

Is it me but more and more great freeware is getting bundled with adware/spyware like Freemake? I found a great super fast CD ripper called Accord mp3 ripper 6.6.8, but be careful with the file size as some versions are bundled with crapware. Also you can replace the Lame 3.99 by just dropping in the latest 3.100.21 build in the mp3 ripper folder. To my hearing I'm getting transparency at 160kbps as this version of Lame is keeping higher frequencies more as if bitrate was even higher!

The one I luckily downloaded was zip file extracted to 1.73mb exe size without any bundled crap from an old web page version, but it still wanted to connect to some server so it could bundle some highly risky adware crap called Relevant Knowledge as its home page/server has now been updated (the newer file size is 1.74mb with extra crapware tool bar) but Avast blocked it.

In any case my Zone Alarm told me of the connections and I'd blocked them already doubly safe. Best to install offline. Eusing CD Free Ripper is another great free one without adware crap or direction to the Net during install. Beware of that Relevant Knowledge spyware! It's the latest crap doing the rounds on the Net.

      @litwincrew The file
      Windows XP Professional SP3 x86 - Integral Edition 2019.11.18 - SHA-1; 559610398c869260db24926dea74bf63e4caf630.iso
is of course an ISO https://www.directupload.net/file/d/5649/nigpex7d_png.htm

@litwincrew Are you downloading the disc image through the HTTP Download in Chrome? If so, for some reason chrome truncates the part after 'SHA-1' and assumes the extension is '.18 - SHA-1'. just replace the extension with .iso. the file ought to be the same, like the size (685MB).

If you want to be sure, check the SHA-1 hash by HashCheck for ex.

      SHA-1 hash: '559610398c869260db24926dea74bf63e4caf630'

I cannot recommend Panda antivirus software for XP Integral. There's an annoying thing called PSAN host which frequently locks the XP system and crashes it, if for example you decide to disable Panda Antivirus when you attach an external hardrive as the program can sends out a trojan warning even on harmless exe files offering the option neutralize or ignore.

You click on ignore and Panda program ignores you totally and locks the system. It also does this if you move to different parts of your pc e.g another partition or even My Documents. Other annoying things ps profiler or its pc campaign keylogs your every move and beams back to Panda servers. I removed this and went back to avast which appears to have cured its blue kiss of death problems for XP users. Panda antivirus is a nightmare!

@Jacko Panda antivirus should be labelled spyware. In fact all of these companies are paid to false positive any crack, key generator etc to force you to buy someone's product which you should if it is worth it to you.

Also in doing so even harmless system files get blocked and freeze everything etc. That said there are a lot of malware out there and I'd would rather have it blocked than run it even if apparently harmless.

@Jacko Brain.exe is always the best antivirus. But Panda is the only Up-to-Date one for those that still want to use a antivirus program on Windows XP.

@John Brown Yes IDE is natively supported in Windows XP.

@Ramsey Well it doesn't work with mine! The setup doesn't detect it. The Hard Drive doesn't have any problems and it is detected by the BIOS. I tried the same ISO file on a netbook and it worked perfectly! (but that one has a SATA drive.) Is there something I am doing something wrong?

      Ramsey · 5 years ago
@John Brown SATA is not IDE. If you install it on a SATA drive and it doesn't work then you have to integrate your own SATA driver. Read the ReadMe file on how to do this.

@Ramsey No! I'm not trying to install it on a SATA Drive. I tried it on a SATA Drive and it worked, but when I try it on an IDE drive it doesn't.
