    Hi Ramsey,
    'Andalu' has a new nvme.sys driver.
    This one is much better than the Silicon driver.
    Just now I try nvme boot via this new driver for your XP and install and test really everything. It is stable. The Silicon driver always suddently hangs.
    And CrystalDiskInfo works on this new nvme driver.
    For me I see this working for the first time under XP.
    One advantage has the Microsoft stornvme driver against this new driver:
    You can install it via Firadisk. The new nvme.sys driver needs for nvme boot install from real Sata CD-Rom. Another important thing is: You always need to install the Kai Sata driver before any nvme boot. It sounds a little bit crazy, but Microsoft does not want to install XP without a working harddisk driver. You dont need to have a harddisk connected to your board, just the Kai driver

      When adding this Intel NVMe driver dose it replace any of the other NVMe drivers like Kai-Schtrom NVMe, Samsung NVMe and Silicon Motion NVMe?

      @Ramsey
      I speak with Andalu about.
      He says, that for him the Silicon nvme driver is stable.
      For me not.
      But we have no need to delete a driver.
      So let all drivers alive😎,
      wish you a good night

      @Dietmar It gets a bit to much with 6 NVMe drivers. 🙃 What are the Alternative NVMe drivers doing what the Intel NVMe driver is not doing?

      Dietmar · 2 years ago
      @Ramsey Hi,

      best nvme driver is the Microsoft stornvme.sys.

      The most easy install of nvme is with the OFA Kai nvme 1.3 driver.

      I do not think, that anybody needs the OFA Kai nvme 1.5 driver.

      The Silicon driver starts really every nvme device but for me it is unstable after.
      For testing, if a system can do nvme boot at all, the Silcon driver is nice.

      The Samsung driver is good for Samsung devices but does not recognice most other brands. Before, this Samsung driver I like, now not.

      The new nvme driver (dont tell the name of its manufakturer, because they get crazy) works on every nvme device, is stable and the most most modern of all.
      Just call him in Integrator NewNvme.
      There Trim works and CrystalDiskInfo on any brand, waaaohhh

      @Akram You can try it out, but i don't think the 6GB RAM is the cause of the 0x08e blue screen error.

    Hi Ramsey,
    I change the code from @Mov a little. Can you (or everybody) test this brandnew acpi.sys? For me it works.

    Now I test your laast Integrator with my german xp.iso and will report

      @Dietmar Hi,
      I compare your txt files on Setup CD iso, now translated via ANSI, against my, with UTF16-LE.
      NOW they are exact the same.
      Also I check every step of the XP SP3 installation via my german xp.iso.
      All works together with my brandnew acpi.sys on the most crazy MSI z690-A Pro DDR4 board with 12600 cpu. I choose options 1,2,3,5,7,8,A,B,C,D,E
      nice😍

      @Dietmar Hihi,
      even the txt files are now identic on Setup *.iso,
      after complete install of my german XP SP3 xp.iso, I see in Device Manager
      instead of "Geräte" "Geröte".
      So, UTF16-LE is still better

      @Dietmar You mean the ANSI text file has "Geräte" written in it, but in the Device Manager it's still showing up as ""Geröte"?

      @Dietmar Looks like Windows XP is reading the ANSI file incorrectly in the text mode setup. 🙃

      The problem is that the "Fedit.exe" tool doesn't support editing UTF16-LE encoded text files.
      I will have to see if i reconvert the text files back to UTF16-LE after the "Fedit.exe" tool  editing or if i drop the "Fedit.exe" tool and use the "rxrepl.exe" tool for adding all the stuff but that will makes the batch file a lot more complicated to read.

      Fedit.exe tool ->
      ".\Utilities\Fedit.exe" -add -f "%TempDir%\TXTSETUP.SIF" -s "SourceDisksFiles.x86" -l "stornvme.sys = 1,,,,,,3_,4,0,0,,1,4" -once
      rxrepl.exe tool ->
      ".\Utilities\rxrepl.exe" -f "%TempDir%\TXTSETUP.SIF" -a -m line --no-backup -s "\[SourceDisksFiles\.x86\]" -r "[SourceDisksFiles.x86]\r\nstornvme.sys = 1,,,,,,3_,4,0,0,,1,4"

      @Ramsey I'm a newbie to all this I got it to work in gnome boxes but i cant hear anything how do I get the sound to work?

      Also I'd like to be able to play old games on it from 95 to xp. What do install to get those games to work on here?

      @XPNewb This looks like a driver problem. I never used GNOME Boxes but you can try your luck with VirtualBox.

      @Ramsey I noticed that, in addition to the iso, there are files for "extras" and "patch integrator" is it possible those need to be added to the guest os? If so how do I do that?

      Ramsey · 2 years ago
      @XPNewb No that has nothing to do with it.

    is there a working updated browser inside this? Or any trick to make a browser installation believe that it is a supported OS version?

      yotoprules · 2 years ago
      @walter it includes MyPal68 which is currently the best browser you can run on XP at all. Lots of website still don't work though, not really any way around it until another browser comes out.

    I may have asked this before, but is there a way to stop the add new hardware wizard from showing up when I connect a USB 3.0 device?
    I sometimes lose my USB KB and mouse because of this and have to either use the native USB 2.0 PCIE card or a PS/2 keyboard to continue through the wizard and then they work again.

    This problem does not occur on the USB 2.0 ports.

    any ideas?

      @infuscomus Try with the following .reg file:

      Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

      [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DeviceInstall\Settings]
      "SuppressNewHWUI"=dword:00000001
