    I did another boot usb-stick (patched: 1,2,3,4,5,6,8,A,B,C,F) and I'm still getting (0x0000007B (0xF78D2 524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)) using WinSetupFromUSB and CSM enabled.

    Using the option 1 Auto-detect and use F6 SATA/RAID/SCSI Driver I got:

    Auto-detect SCSI/RAID/SATA Drivers for XP [chenall & SSi] 2013-07-03

    No driver found.

    Is there something wrong with my PC? Is there any use in trying Rufus instead of WinSetupFromUSB?

      @Blueee16  For WiFi I use TP-Link TL-WN725N, speed 150Mbs, (WiFi to USB, driver-CD-setup-zip-75MB includes nice setup.exe to prepare everything needed even if WiFi-network never installed before on PC), and the second-one I use is Edimax EW-7822UAD Wi-Fi AC1200, speed 867Mbs, need USB-3.0-port for top speed, but for this to work with XP I modified INF-driver (just a little, I think added one line, modified-driver-zip-3MB, basic-setup-zip-75MB). I can upload somewhere, if you or anybody wish?

      Few more info (about my tested HW and ethernet cards) in my older comments (9...12 months back)..

    Hello guys,
    I brought home a body, a ml350 proliant HP gen9.
    it support uefi and legacy.
    it is obsolete but I would like to use it to support Windows XP Professional 32bit (the Ramsey last version) and Windows 7 64bit.

    1) With Windows 11 it sees all the drivers from both a SATA disk and PCIE NVME SSD 4TB sn850x, it boots without problems in uefi.

    2) With Windows 7 64bit it sees all the drivers and boots from SATA disk. From PCIe NVMe SSD, after cloning the SATA to NVME, it does not start from NVME. Maybe I have to specify to win 7 that it does not start from SATA but from PCIe NVME ?

    3) I looked for drivers for xp 32bit but I'm not sure if these 2 xeon e5-2630v3 with this motherboard can make them go to win XP prof 32bit...

    I have a disk my sata samsung evo 2Tb cloned from my PC with hdd. I installed the various.inf, the storport v3 and v5, my old p5b-vm-DO card has an old pcie slot but sees the sn850x.
    so I thought, I'll install the drivers I found for the LM350 gen9 on this 2TB evo disk on e6700, and then maybe it starts because the drivers are installed and present on the disk...
    also because this ml350 does not manage the floppy and with F6 I do not load anything...
    after overcoming the error 0x00000007B(if I remember correctly) now it gives me error 0x00000005 With 0x00000003 and guidance on ACPI in incorrect BIOS...

    on driverscape i find others ..but i'm not sure if the are 32 bit xp compatible

    I wonder if anyone can help. With 2024.11.29 I am getting the following Error:

    The Signature for Windows XP Professional Setup is invalid. The error code is 800b010a.

    An invalid certificate chaining error has occurred.

    Fatal Error:
    Setup failed to install the product catalogs.

    The only change I made to the vanilla ISO is I used Patch Integrator v4.1.2 to try and add a sata driver.

    I'm trying to install the Integral Edition on an ASRock Q1900M with a J1900 SOC. The ACPI patch is necessary on the first run to proceed without a blue screen, but the setup freezes at the beginning of the second install. The white mouse cursor no longer moves on the light blue background. I've tried various media, and it's always the same.

    Any chance to fix android phone files by usb (MTP driver issue) which need to assign everyone permissions to hardware\system\currentcontrolset\ENUM\USB under that android vid pid which had MTP DeviceDesc so that CompatibleIDs starts with the line USB\MS_COMP_MTP, so the installer can then proceed with succes?
    This is crusial if someone need access to android memory cards in order to copy some mp3 etc.

      Play around with the files "wpdmtp.inf", "wpdmtphw.inf" and post what works for you.

      @Ramsey The thing with wpdmtp.inf or any other inf is that you have to patch it by editing and/or adding lines with the phone in hand with the specific VID and PID.
      But a general solution is that you can modify the hardware\system\currentcontrolset\ENUM\USB and add where you see DeviceDesc = MTP, the CompatibleIDs to start with the line "USB\MS_COMP_MTP". That way you can install any Android phone without knowing what the specific VID and PID for it are.

      I install a couple of different androids phones that way and allways working without to edit any inf (only CompatibleIDs to start with USB\MS_COMP_MTP).

      I search for CompatibleIDs everywhere in order to add the "USB\MS_COMP_MTP" line in front of it, but it seems that CompatibleIDs are genareted automatically by the installer and also I can't find anywhere CompatibleIDs strings like the default "USB\Class_ff&SubClass_ff" etc.

      So the only general solution is to search the regisry under the hardware\system\currentcontrolset\ENUM\USB and change the CompatibleIDs where I found the DeviceDesc equals to MTP string.
      An automatic solution will be a .vbs script that take action on the background.

    Hello,

    I wanted to update the firmware of my old Nikon SCSI scanner with an updater supported only by XP. After some trials and errors, I managed to get the XP running. However, as long as the SCSI card is plugged in, the XP will just keep crashing and rebooting shortly after launch with no blue screens. I can even see the system pop up for new devices recognizing the SCSI card, but it will just crash shortly after. I tried to reinstall but it seems that the windows setup will crash and reboot too as long as the SCSI card is plugged in.

    I managed to get the card and scanner running with an alternative software on Windows 11 so it shouldn't be a hardware problem. Is this a driver's issue? Do I need to slipstream the driver into the ISO? I tried to install the ASPI layer on XP without the card, but then it will just crash again when the card is installed

    My devices:
    MSI B650 Tomahawk
    AMD 7700x
    Adaptec AHA-2910B SCSI controller with a PCI to PCIE1X adapter
    I couldn't get windows setup to recognize the NVME disks so I had to install on a HDD through an Asmedia SATA controller
    I used Kai SATA/achi, Microsoft NVME, AMD/INTEL x chi USB for the installation

    Okay, so I did fresh boot usb-stick (patched: 1,2,3,4,5,6,8,A,B,C,F) and still I got (0x0000007B (0xF78D2 524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)) using WinSetupFromUSB.

    Using the option 1 Auto-detect and use F6 SATA/RAID/SCSI Driver I got:

    Auto-detect SCSI/RAID/SATA Drivers for XP [chenall & SSi] 2013-07-03
    *** INFO: NO MATCHING PCI IDs IN DRIVERPACK.INI FILE. ***
    No driver found.

    What I want to try next is maybe a vanilla (no optional patch) boot and one with Rufus.

      @KarageChan The Patches are a hit and miss that's why they separate from the ISO file. Enabling the CSM mode in your BIOS could help. And use the option "F" beacese the SATA DriverPack is for old computers, that's why the option to remove them is getting enabled by default if you add a backported SATA driver.

    I have used WinSetupFromUSB. Might the bluescreen (0x0000007B (0xF78D2 524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)) occur, due to the USB-boot being corrupt?

    Might it work with rufus? Any tip is appreachiated.

      Integrate USB 3.0 drivers with the optional patch integrator.

      Use WinSetupFromUSB to make the USB.

      I have used the patch integrator. I'm going to give it another try, focusing on the USB 3.0 drivers. If WinSetupFromUSB doesn't work again, I'm going to try Rufus. I'll keep you updated. Thanks again, till then

      @Ramsey This is the Visual Basic Virtual Machine (6.00.9848) msvbvm60 from Windows 10/Office 365 Update that is used in all my UpdatePacks
      Because George King suggested that I update it because it is compatible with Windows XP.
      without any problems without telling you.🤣🤣🤣
      My INF is no different from yours, it is at KB983234-v2,

      @Ramsey KB983234-v3 The same file KB983234-v2 for Windows XP/Vista has no changes.
      msvbvm60.dll (6.00.9831 form 2011-04)
      6.00.9832 form KB2575928 (2011.11.02 Windows 7 Update/5eraph UpdatePacks x64 version v2017)
      all work from newer OS, but all versions lower than Windows 10 (April 28, 2020).

    Take USB drive away, burn this iso to cd and then try to boot. That worked for me without using extra drivers. Just burned and installed the os.

      @Bosnia Every time I burn with CDBurnerXP, I get errors on Windows 11 on HP Pavilion 22-df0003w. Unfortunately, it is abandoned. Regardless of ISO, music, data disc. I'm basically USB only as a result.
