(#) General:

* All the Windows 10 Language Packs can be downloaded directly from the Language Settings Menu at: "Settings -> Time & Language -> Language -> Add a language".
* This Windows 10 was not in Audit-Mode and was compiled with the Microsoft DISM tool and is based on the Windows 10 19041.1 en-US x86 source files.
* All the included extras can be modified or removed in the ISO/Disc folder ".\sources\$OEM$" (Removing the $OEM$ folder will also remove the update #1 and #3).
* To set you own preconfigured borwser start page, simply edit the files "initial_preferences" and "firefox.cfg" with a text editor in the ISO/Disc folder ".\sources\$OEM$" or in the Hard Disk Drive folder "C:\Program Files" and "C:\Program Files (x86)".
* A Windows 10 Activator is not included, but a Text file is placed on the Desktop with a direct download link to a good working Activator.
* To install Windows Home edition with a local account, disconnect from the Internet when creating an online account and then click on the back icon at the top left corner.
* System Requirements (Minimum|Recommended): 1|3 GigaHertz x64 Processor with 2|4 Cores, 2|8 GigaBytes of RAM, DirectX 9 Graphics card, 32|120 GigaByte of free Hard Disk storage.

(#) How to do a fresh Windows 10 installation:

* If the USB drive or DVD does not boot, then update your BIOS or disable the "Secure Boot" in your BIOS settings, and after the installation you can re-enable "Secure Boot" again.
1. Use the Windows ISO file and create a bootable USB Flash Drive with a tool like Rufus (http://rufus.ie) or create a bootable DVD disc with a program like CDBurnerXP (http://cdburnerxp.se).
2. Do a BACKUP of your important files on a separate Drive.
3. To avoid accidentally creating a Windows 10 Online Account or running into the Account bug (Other user), disconnect your Computer from the Internet before you install.
4. At the Windows 10 Setup menu select "Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)".
5. Delete all the old Windows Partitions and then click on install (Be very careful to select the correct hard disk drive).

Is the old reliable Daz activator been removed from downloadsdownloads section, always worked for me before. Can't get the new activator KMLS to work. Thanks.
    • This commment is unpublished.
      Ramsey · 7 years ago
@Ron The developer of DAZ has dropped his project. And the KMS is still beeing update/maintained by the developer.

On which Windows do you use KMS? Try to open the "KMS_VL_ALL.cmd" with a text editor and change "set _Debug=0" to "set _Debug=1" and upload the log file.

Probably a daft question, but always wondered why xp as a system is under 700mb, but Win10 is a few GB or more? Is it possible out of curiosity to strip Win10 to 700mb like xp integral without compromising anything?
    • This commment is unpublished.
      Ramsey · 7 years ago
@Jacko Whit every new Windows they add new functionalities and they also have to make it backward compatible to run old programs/games.
And striping Windows 10 is possible but not to 700MB.
It's also not a good idea to strip any Windows because, for example one program would require IE11 and a different program would require Edge.

@Ramsey Thanks Ramsey for clarification. Makes me think that XP Integral with its just under 700mb size is rather unique! (clap)

Sorry Ramsey, I don't want any pre-loaded stuff, even from you. I have my eye on Enterprise LTSB to keep from being inundated with features I don't want. I'd rather tailor it to my own needs. As I use John Haller's PortableApps suite, it gives me a sort of second start menu in the taskbar. After NAND memory failed me, I installed it on one of my conventional 2.5 inch HDD and it actually serves me better this way, if I need to go portable, simple copy to a fresh USB stick, another OS installed, just create another shortcut.

    Here are my reasons:

@LoneBrowncoat I also came across some Softwares that are hard coded to use the old windows programs like "Internet Explorer" and others that are hard coded to use the new windows programs like "Edge".

@Ramsey What do you think of the TeamOS activator? I only just came across it.
      Should I post the URL?
    • This commment is unpublished.
      Ramsey · 6 years ago
@LoneBrowncoat This is only a tool that includes the different Activators for WinNT6.X like "Hwidgen", "Windows 10 Digital License C#", "Re-Loader", "KMSpico", "KMSAuto Lite Portable", "Ra1nAct1vat0r", "Re-Loader".
I think is better to download the original Activators from the website of the Activator developer.
I also don't see the point in including 6 Activators in one tool that do the same thing. :? This will only confuse normal people. (drunk)

Ramsey in your Win10 Integral do I still need to use Spybot Disable spying program or similar to stop Win10 spyware or did you tweak it? Thanks mate.

@jacko There are three Per-Conflagrated Telemetry registery settings set to disable the spaying ->

; Sets the Telemetry option to "Security" [Enterprise version only] (Privacy Setting).
      ...
; Sets the Feedback Frequency option to "Never" (Privacy Setting).
      ...
; Disables the Telemetry Services (Privacy Setting).

@Ramsey I misunderstand this Ramsey. Did you disable these settings or does the user himself do it? Thankyou. (y)

@Jacko These settings are already disable in Windows 10 Integral Edition. ;)

Oh look, a version of Win10 that might be worth using. I have had nothing but issues with Win10 everything is updates, it seems to reset things to some stupid defaults MS thinks are spiffy or something... no asshats I like setting up my system the way I like.

Why I refuse to pay for Win10.

@LoneBrowncoat My first try at installing won't start from usb, so I am re-downloading the ISO now, seems it somehow got corrupted? Weird owning I did it via BitTorrent, but I'll up once I can get to install.

      Ramsey · 7 years ago
@Yammer Try to use Rufus to make a Windows 10 USB Installation.
I installed this Win10 on 2 PC's this week over USB and one was even an old EeePC.

Would you ever work on a Windows 7 Integral Edition? I'm tempted to try this Windows 10 but there's so much bloatware and forced updates it's annoying.
    • This commment is unpublished.
      Ramsey · 7 years ago
@Orange Peel Windows 10 is the future and Windows 7 will reach the end of life support in 2020 only one year later than Windows XP. :D
And i don't see any bloatware on my Win10 and updates can be turned of with the metered option. ;)

Orange Peel · 7 years ago
@Ramsey Thanks for fast reply! I havent' heard of metered option before, will check that out.

      LoneBrowncoat · 7 years ago
@Ramsey Explain the metered option, I might know it by another term.
    • This commment is unpublished.
      Ramsey · 7 years ago
@LoneBrowncoat The metered option means it will not update Windows or Apps over a Wireless connection. You can also set a few more update options like "Semi-Annual Channel" and "Featured update delay until 365 days" or you can completely manually turn off the Auto Update Service.

@Ramsey OK, it will be very interesting next year when I start to migrate, especially any activators out there, I heard WAT/RemoveWAT no longer
      works as far as W10 is concerned. Though some over at sevenforums.com and MSFN plan to stick with W7 come hell or high water. Though this all stems by M$ constant changing of the U.I. and refusal to just improve/harden the current products. I'm going to miss the U.I. I've used since 2000 Pro. {using a sevenforum's member version of the old "Maple" 2000/XP Pro theme, not possible under W10}

@LoneBrowncoat The activator i posted is the best one out there i'm also using it myself.
You can also try out Win10 by installing VirtualBox.

A friend suggested to me maybe removing things from it like IE and the secondary built in microsoft browser too dont know if this is actually posible but I would figure there would have to be away to do it lol maybe removing the inbuilt antivirus too as it is quite resource hungry is my understanding lol

I'd like to say Ramsey welcome back! And thank you for providing XPBE for all those years... I can't wait to see what you've done in this version.

Linux is okay in many ways for older systems but honestly, sometimes I have trouble with it than Windows anything.

A Win98SE for retro gaming would be awesome for an lappy I have, it installed but wouldn't boot. Maybe it's because of the gigs of installed ram? I guess I'll lower the ram and try again.

      Ramsey · 7 years ago
@Yammer You can use a Virtual Machine like VirtualBox to run any Operating System on your Desktop.

@Ramsey Thanks Ramsey but I want to want run Win98 (with like the mods bobo said I should look into above) on the machine itself just because!

I was able to get the system to boot by lowing the installed RAM to 512, then I'll install the unofficial service packs, whatever mods I want then two gigs of ram won't be an issue.
