    Hi Ramsey.
    I think I've got you bored with this issue already, so excuse me.
    I just found out that the TV Card I have does not work with 16 GB of RAM in Windows XP SP3 32-bit either Original or "Windows XP Professional SP3 x86 - Integral Edition", but it does work in Windows 7 64-Bit with 16 GB.
    The only way it can run on Windows XP 32-Bit is to downgrade the amount of computer memory to a minimum (or a maximum) of 3.33 GB of RAM.
    Is there any way to take advantage of the 16 GB of RAM in 32 Bit XP?
    The card is an ENLTV-FM3.

      @julioavanti Simply open the scrip with any text editor you want. And then search and replaced all the "128GB" text with any number you want. And then save the file and run the script.

    Okay so I have a new request that's kind of for the dumbest and most trivial reason imaginable...

    Could you keep Windows Media Player at version 9 instead of forcing an upgrade to WMP 11?

    And here's the insane reason: When files of a type are set to open with WMP 9 by default, those files are represented with icons that look like the WMP icon (the multicolored circle with the black triangle in it pointing right). When a particular file type is set to open with WMP 11 by default, however, files of that type are instead represented with an icon that looks like a piece of paper with a blue film reel drawn on it. I strongly prefer the WMP 9 icons because they remind me of the early 2000s when I was in college, Windows XP worked with all the newest hardware and software, nobody thought Donald Trump would ever become President, George Lucas still owned Star Wars, Rick Berman was still in charge of Star Trek, Westwood was still in charge of the Command & Conquer franchise, fullscreen monitors could still be found on store shelves, the writers of Battlestar Galactica could still credibly pretend that they had some kind of plan for how the show was going to end, anime music videos could still be found on file-sharing networks like Morpheus and Kazaa, Tom was in our Top 8, Nickelodeon Studios at Universal Studios in Orlando was still open, and the world hadn't completely turned to shit yet.

    I guess what I really want is a time machine but I'll settle for a downgrade to WMP 9

      I don't think it is a good idea to downgrade two versions, because of the look of a few Icons. (drunk)

      But you can change the Windows Media Player 11 Icons yourself, by:
      1. Download the Resource Hacker.
      2. Get the WMP9 wmploc.dll file.
      3. Open the Resource Hacker and drag and drop the WMP9 wmploc.dll file into the Resource Hacker window.
      3. Open a second Resource Hacker and drag and drop the WMP11 wmploc.dll file (C:\WINDOWS\system32) into the second Resource Hacker window.
      4. Now you can save and replace the Icons in the Resource Hacker "Icon Group" menu by right-clicking on the Icon entry.
      5. If your done replacing the Icons in the WMP11 wmploc.dll file. Then click on "Compile" (Green play button at the Top) and save the WMP11 wmploc.dll file.

      @Ramsey Actually there's a more obvious and officially supported way, which is to manually change the icons for the affected file types, since the WMP9 icon is one of the icons you can choose this way regardless of which version of WMP is installed or even what program they open with. So now all my video files have the WMP9 icons even though they open with VLC :)

      @Ramsey so basicly no chance to instal a new clean win xp on newer systems like win7? i mean if i would boot from a usb or cd it would work, wouldnt it? well i thought you put something into the integral editions files to patch win7 or something to be able to instal from the setup.

      If that's the case. Then before you switch to Windows XP make sure that there are also Windows XP drivers available for you computer. And also check if the programs you are using are still Windows XP compatible.

      @Ramsey the win xp setup doesnt let me install xp. i started the setup from the exe directly and it told me that a newer version (win 7) is already instaled. so back to my first question. what do i have to do to actually install win xp via setup. booting from cd or usb os not possible right now. is there any patch to emulate an older os. i thought u put some patches for the setup into the integral editions files? you may still dont understand my question/problem here.

    Portable and newest Avidemux 2.7.6 for XP with loads of bug fixes. Change the default to OpenGL(best)Jacko in display options in preferences, if it crashes for you. It works fine.
