I have to say that this is the best Windows 11 ISO I've ever tried so far. No need to install game dependencies. And all I needed to install was the GPU drivers. I'm currently running it now on my main PC with Atlas OS playbook optimizations, and it's so responsive. No issues I've encountered till now.

@Delatom In my experience to be able to install and run StarCitizen and Elite Dangerous, both did require few additional distributions (.net & others) but other than that, i agree this is the best Win 11 iso ever.
As for Atlas OS, what options did you choose in the wizard - what did you disable?

Ramsey, do you still have your Windows 11 RTM Integral Edition ISO image? I'd like to test something.
    • This commment is unpublished.
@infuscomus In the "Integral Edition" you can uninstall the updates and then it will revert back to an RTM version.
Here can also create a RTM version on the fly https://uupdump.net

Integral Edition, hehehehe .... look in process explorer what all is running behind users back in the system background .... 125 processes, 1/3 of them not needed, others needed only on demand but running ,Edge is running by default in background, widgets are running also, drive etc.. this OS needs to be cleaned up big time ! GPO, registry and System ! Seems to me, moder isn't doing his job as described/claimed above ! And why to mimic copy god damn Android like application start menu ? New doesn't mean it is automatically better or ? Clastic start menu is the most transparent one, all the app on the user eyes. MS as always developing more and more crap.

yes, windows is crap, a big pile of horse manure. but that's not the modder's fault.
i am using windows only as a steam launcher, exclusively for gaming.
for everything else like work, procrastination, jerking off etc i use linux.

don't use crappy os for things you don't have to. gaming is so far the only use case for windows, nothing else. literally, nothing.

so i am thankful to Ramsey for making these steam launcher releases, he does a good job.

@shlomo shekelberg Using any form of Windows 4 running steam is absurd, as it runs on Linux by default (??)  There R also many OSes that run Steam better than Windows ever did or ever will, including Nobara, Bazzite, Chimera & others.  There R some rare exceptions like 'multi-player deliberately crippled' titles, but overall Linux is better 4 $team gaming & lots of Youtube videos all about it.  The ONLY reason 2 ever use Windows is simply as a compatibility layer 4 software.  Everything about it is $hit, & keeps getting worse.  XP is the last thing I can stand.  Even 7 is such a wreck = every day finding new sabotage thrown in there, like trying 2 streamline the boot drive 2day & find out the thing is trying 2 lock me out of being able 2 delete my own files on my own operating system partition no matter wat iDo or wat 'tutorials' iFollow.

Thankfully XP can run on FAT32 so U R not ATTACKED by a bazillion levels of bull$hit 'permissions' on every file OMG LOL  Also looked into the different 'modded' XPs other than the Zone94 thins & they won't even install = they R literaly TROLLING us with all this $hit, like 'Niko' is missing the 'EULA' file so won't set up, & the others R not even installers, & Shorthorn & the others = nothing is just a simple 'click & go' = but instead it's a 'bragging rights' group where they PRETEND 2 make something useful, but really only 4 themselves & 2 deliberately sabotage everybody else who tries, so they can sit back in sadistic glee saying "WERX 4 MEEEE! HAHAHA ZUX 2 B UUUU!" =))

@Dood McMan That's not correct. Yes, Steam itself does indeed run on linux natively, but that's not true for all games. Speaking of games in my library - some run natively on linux, some run via proton/wine, but some don't run at all. Doom Eternal for example.

      Generally speaking:
games which have OpenGL or Vulcan base/version do run natively
games which use older versions of DirectX do usually (not always) run via proton
games which use latest DirectX don't run at all.

So, on linux i can run like 70% of my steam library, while in windows i can run 100%.

That's why i use windows as a steam launcher. Another reason is that i use btrfs snapshots a lot and I don't want many niggabytes of games in those.

You say you are using windows as compatibility layer for software. Well, maybe try to find a linux version or alternative of your sw. Or meddle with wine. For example, i am using photoshop 2024 (portable) on linux via wine and it works well (altough with gpu acceleration must be disabled).

Or, if you really need windows, just install win11 in virtualbox and use your sw there. And when they fuck you up, you can just restore snapshot.

@Ramsey First, thank you very much for your work and sharing the content. I just wanted to report an issue I've seen. I'm not able to download the latest W11 iso. uTorrent shows 0% Downloaded. I downloaded the ISO from GoFile without problems. Then I logged to 1337x and I found the link to the same "Windows 11 23H2.3447 ... Integral Edition".  (uploaded by Outbraker).

Note: The files report different MD5. The one on this website seems to have problems to be downloaded.

@Wintermute What do you mean by Location feature?

@Ramsey The Customization of this build effects the Geo-location services. Which can be a good thing, when you need to use mock locations. However in this build it Ties the location to Oklahoma City, and the Weather app to The District.

Hello, 2 years ago I installed on domain PC Windows 10 Integral edition. Now I have problem, when new user logins on that PC, there is on Edge/Firefox/Chrome, etc. start page Zone26.com

The user complained about this and I had luck, he wasnt calling my boss.
Even it exists possibility, that boss would one time login on that PC and then he will be asking questions.

I even used string search/replace, there were few files, but it did not solve my issue.

Please tell me, how / where can I replace Zone62 with google, that new domain users wont make me troubles. If not, I am forced to format PC and reinstall lots of appz and will have at least 10 hours of work...

@Greg Every user can change the Start Page in the Browser settings menu.
And if you are deploying this on multiple computers then you can set you own preconfigured Start Page.
      Description:
      * To set you own preconfigured borwser start page, simply edit the files "initial_preferences" and "firefox.cfg" with a text editor in the ISO/Disc folder ".\sources\$OEM$" or in the Hard Disk Drive folder "C:\Program Files" and "C:\Program Files (x86)".

@Ramsey Thanx for answer. But there is no file: initial_perferences
Even not parts of it, like *_perferenc* for changing it to affect all users that wil in future domain-login on that computer.
I also searched all files on SSD drive including hidden and system...

@Greg Double BTW: Format boot partitions with 4KB cluster size (on FAT32 =)  Going smaller WASTES space by bloating the 'File Allocation Table' with more 'addresses', & going the other direction WASTES more space as 'slack' beause using a minimum of whatever that cluster size is even if the file size is smaller.  The ideal for a booter is 4KB, compared 2 2K or 8K or outside of those, etc.  I've tested all this stuff extensively, like running FAT32 on multi-terabytes, & even on old 'unsupported' hardware (can use 'drive overlay software' 2 use a higher bit driver even if the OS itself can't C it on boot).

How will you plan on continuing to support the custom project that you contributed to for all of us to use? Since this new anti-consumer binary is to be made public, This only affects up-to-2008 manifactured component(s). Many computers do support POPCnt, but many do not support POPCnt == SSE4.2 binary.

A server install / bypass will not work with this new version as well.

"tomshardware.com - Existing workarounds fail with new Windows 11 requirement that invalidates older CPUs — Microsoft's PopCnt restriction appears to be unbreakable."

    "pcmag.com - Windows 11's 24H2 Update Won't Boot on (Very) Old PCs."

"youtube.com - Windows 11's NEW CPU Requirements (Why You Shouldn't Care)".

    "Without POPCNT, it doesn't boot! - https://x.com/TheBobPony/status/1756771051634135277?s=20".

@Pop-Dop. If Microsoft really adds SSE4.2 binary files into Windows 11 24H2, then there will be no way to bypass this.

The only way is to stick with Windows 11 23H2 still the support of this version runs out.

      @Ramsey
It really is a low-IQ move by Microsoft to integrate POPCnt Binary into a /Windows/System32/ directory rather than the /Windows/SysWOW64 directory.

They actively played a role in not supporting a 32-bit version of Windows 11, but they are not being as active in getting rid of the /Windows/System32/ folder and files.

@Pop-Dop. The main push they try to do, is to get everyone into a cloud Windows. This mandatory Windows Cloud account for Widgets and some Apps is only the first step.
Like they say, You'll own nothing and be happy.
But at least we stilll have Linux. 🙂

@Ramsey Well Win full of ..... they designed it this way, forcing all of us to buy new even crappier hardware (13 & 14 gen of CPU having choking problems). Its time for Linux, no crap OS, runs on everything and even more and more Win run app support. If Linux gains popularity then would be developed even more. Let be honest here, from win 7 up MS OS is descending/down-falling in terms of stability, not user friendly OS any more, MS wants to dictate and force u what browser u use and how, bloatware and spy features built in etc. And then u get MS enforced update that cripples almost entire OS ! Im sick and tired to fight with god damn OS all the time,  searching for mod of Win that works the way i/user want, reinstalling it on periodically coz MS doesn't respect user, etc, full blown Win OS isn't usable, so much crap in it !!! At least on Linux u re only true Administrator on Win u re not !

BTW: In case N E 1 is 'new to Windows 11', it's absolute krap, like down there with Windows HATE (8) in terms of totally anti-user, purposely crippled junk.  Windows 10 is way better, & 7 infinitely better than that, & XP better than all of them, which is why that's what people doing real business perfer it =D  If U R a masochist who likes 2 wreck your machine, Windows 11 or 8 R definitely the way 2 go!  It's fascinating Mr. Ram Z wastes so much of his time & effort on this junk while ignoring Win 7 = it's like a donut shop that has a variety of foods, + a big section of dog poop patry = Y? U R a troll who wants 2 make everything in the world worse, rather than improving things, like pointing to a dog poop sandwich & pretending I must B professional chef 2 have the 'right' 2 admit it's a bad idea 2 eat it. Also, iDid link 2 the best version(s) of 7 iWas able 2 find, & they're also krap, but not nearly as krap as 10 or 11 ~>
      https://archive.org/details/windows-7-sp-1-aiox-64-x-86-multi-complete-pre-activated-update-septemper
They keep deliberately making every subsequent OS much worse, on purpose, & U R there cheer leading 4 destroying usability, like a typical #VaxTard / #MaskZombie type. U would probably chop off your nose if U were told it is 'the latest trend' & U R 'old fashioned' if don't ~>
      https://justpaste.it/33gfu
Newer does not mean better, & the ideal thing 2 do is add the 'program compatibility layer' of 11 so all the idiotic $oftware that #FullRetard programmers sabotaged can run on an OS that is actually helpful 4 doing actual work. Your stupidity is totally ridiculous = 'Y don't U go build your own TV set if the 1 from Samsung breaks 2 fast' (Roll your own 7) = LOL!! 'Y don't U go look at a flower in a box instead (Linux hell =))

There is no 'edit' button, but i4got2 add, XP is the best overall = except should add a few things like 'APO' & 'Desktop Sync' 2 avoid video tearing. Many other 'annoyances & bugs' but those R the main ones. The only reason 2 'upgrade' form XP is 2 watch Youtube or other streaming video through a web browser, as it can tear in XP because no 'vertical sync'. 7 is INFINITELY worse in every other way, & 10 & 11 & especially 8 R an absolute joke = beyond infinite krap. I've offered 'Ramsey' $1,000 2 fix a few minor things like the 2 flaws iMentioned & he ignores me, so whatever. Eventually iWill find somebody interested in fixing it. Nothing is perfect & attacking people 4 wanting something better is heroin addict type nonsense.
