      @Lliam
      please make sure that the windows is original if not then you have to search at the search bar of your windows 10 or letter ( windows defender) if no program available then there is no need to turn the antivirus off because it is not installed on your system. if any program available click on it and run it as administrator and go to the following string       "windows antivirus>manage settings> turn of the real time protection and all other protections"

      enjoy

      note:i am very sorry for my bad English ):

    How do I disable Windows updates? Is there a patch to do this?

      Ramsey · 5 months ago
      @Talion Not really a good idea, but you can try Chris Windows Utility.

      @Talion I'll add to what Ramsey posted;  Chris Windows Utility that is linked in his post provides 3 presets that can configure update settings:

      Security Only - This is what you should choose to avoid Feature Updates which is the type of update they roll out features like Recall

      Default - Resets things to original MS clean install settings, and is mainly used to solve situations where your update settings are so screwed up you need to start from a fresh config before changing them further.

      Disable - While this will do what you ask, you won't receive the smaller but more critical security patches that are rolled out when new vulnerabilities are discovered.
