    So I have a PC with a Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H motherboard and a Kingstton SATA SSD. All installations of XP I have tried so far, fails with a bluescreen. Same thing with Integral Edition 2025.8.19.

    Error code: 0x0000007B

    I have tried with both IDE and AHCI setting in Bios.  No difference.

    I have tried adding AHCI drivers downloaded from Gigabyte (Intel SATA Preinstall driver (For AHCI Mode), placed them on a USB, and press F6. but the USB isnt found. I dont have a Floppy.

    What to do ?

      @PCPRO At least in ide mode it must work out of the box on that xp supported motherboard. Try remove DriverPacks BASE first. Onboard controllers usually have a different option for the secondary disk controller e.g. JMicron has its own page to set the IDE, AHCI or RAID mode in the bios, also check where you connect the sata cable with the help of motherboard pdf guide which shows where sata ports connect internally. Do you see the disk from another xp computer as second disk?

    Ok,i find why browsers don't work on my asus z790-P-wifi in windows 32 bit with ACPI multiprocessor PC.
    If i use only with 4GB so with only:
    /noxecute=optin /fastdetect in boot.ini
    Browsers like serpent 55 work when i digit i see the letters to the bars...without reseizing the windows.

    But if i want to see over 4GB with :
    /Kernel=ntkl64g.dll /hal=hal64g.dll /PAE /NoExecute=alwaysoff

    At this point i see 64GB of my 96GB installed ...
    But browser don't see what i type until i  resize the windows ....

    Please... What i'm doing wrong ?

      @STF If i install this last installation on a ssd sata,it's ok with the default driver the first 8 options...of the menu to build the iso...
      But the intel driver for nvme is a problem...i mean will work but, if i need a final nvme ssd like drive...and i do a clone from sata ssd to nvme...will not start !
      If during the build of iso i select kai nvme driver,on my asus z790 maybe it's better...
      I can't install on an sn850x 4TB from cd boot iso...
      I install on a sata,start and configure,install miniport driver ver 3 to see the nvme sata on a pcie 5 slot ,so substitute the intel nvme driver! And only then made a clone from sata to nvme sn850x ...that then started .
      I was unable to install from cdrom to the nvme ,windows tell me that can't delete the partition or create...on an ssd nvme..i can see it but not install...
      Now i will try with miniport diver version 3 on z790-p wifi.

    Hi, I have an i5 14600k-based PC with your previous 32-bit Windows installation.
    It works and is stable, but I have a problem that is also confirmed by Google and Grok's AI.
    MyPal, Basilisk (Serpent), or Supermium all have the same problem.
    If I type or click in the browser, nothing happens, but as soon as I adjust the browser window, what I typed appears.

Disable Hardware Acceleration (Most Effective Fix for All Three Browsers)This forces software rendering (CPU/GDI fallback) and bypasses the buggy GPU/OpenGL layer. It resolves freezing, GPU process crashes, GLContext errors, and the resize-redraw problem in the vast majority of XP 32-bit cases.For Supermium (Chromium-based): Open Supermium → type supermium://settings/system (or chrome://settings/system) in the address bar.
    Turn OFF "Use graphics acceleration when available".
    Relaunch the browser.

    Alternative (stronger fix via command-line flags): Right-click your Supermium shortcut → Properties → Target field.
    Add at the end: --disable-gpu --disable-gpu-compositing
    (or try --in-process-gpu if the separate GPU process still crashes).
    Full example: "C:\Path\to\supermium.exe" --disable-gpu --disable-gpu-compositing

      @STF Hi 😅, since this is my first PC with an i5 14600k with 32-bit Windows, and aside from the browsers not working, it seems like heaven... has anyone had the same problem and managed to fix it?
      I mean, I changed the video card but the problem persists. I put the disk in another PC/older i7 hardware but the browsers have the same problem...
      Is anyone using the browsers above on 32-bit Windows XP with your build or a previous one and not having the same problems?
      Because there's a One Core API possibilty i don't try..., but before I risk ruining the installation, I'd like to know if I have any hope...

      @STF I mean, I have a PC with a Q6700 in Windows XP 32-bit... from which I also copied the portable browser folders that work on the Q6700... to test them on the new i5 14600k PC, your build, but on both an i7-based PC and an i5 14600k-based PC they no longer work!
      And the only difference I can think of is that the Q6600 doesn't have Intel ME on the chip...
      Both the i7 and this new i5 14600k have that problem with the browsers... so either Windows XP or your build has changed... it introduces something different about browser management... or? I don't understand.

      @STF I change the acpi from multi pc to standard pc but nothing change ...browsers don't works on this installation of windows xp 32 bit.
      Please,someone can tell me any different way to try to make the browser serpent/basilisk or mypal or supermium working ?
      Or any others browser that don't have problems on this installation ?

      @Hunter Try removing the DriverPacks BASE with the Patch Integrator script and also try a full formation of your Hard Disk driver and USB Flash driver.

      @MilkChan Looks like the {73646976-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71} registry entry is related to some Audio/Video filter.
      I would extract all the Windows XP sourse files *_ and use NotePad++ to automatically search for that registry entry in all the files. If your lucky MickySoft did a typo and could be an easy fix.

    Which is the most powerfull motherboard that this win 32 bit install can support the most slot pcie / M2 5.0 with ddr5 and pcie 5.0 ? I mean z890 etc...
    Wich is the limit actually ? 
    I need to build one system with the most powerfull windows xp 32 so if have low version audio like realtek is ok,don't need audio... Thanks !!!! XP the best of ever !!!

    Hello guys!
    I did a clean windows XP install and used winxppx86ie cmd setup.
    It did do everything alright but now after restart PC takes too long to start and too long to show start menu and icons. 

    How can i fix this problem?

    The iso i used was a clean ISO from Microsoft.

    Hi, I’m trying to install the base Integral Edition 2025.8.19 (Vanilla), but I’m getting the following error after the first reboot, right when the graphical part of the setup should start.

    I’ve tried both AHCI and IDE modes, toggling Optimus on and off, limiting the system to one CPU core, disabling Hyper-Threading, turning off SpeedStep and Turbo, and I also ran a full memory test with MemTest86 — no errors were found.

    Do you have any ideas? The system is a Dell Precision M4600.

      @retropchun You could try your luck with the "Patch Integrator" and add the ACPI Patch and try the different SATA drivers.

      @Ramsey Well, in the end it actually turned out that AHCI and IDE was the issue — the BIOS wasn’t saving the IDE setting. Now there’s no blue screen anymore, but instead I get a black screen. I also tried with an original SP3 version, and with that there’s no problem — the graphical interface loads properly.

      @retropchun This looks like a conflict with the extra SATA drivers. Simply try to remove the DriverPacks BASE with the "Patch Integrator" script.

      @Ramsey After removing the DriverPack, I get a black screen right after the first GRUB4DOS screen, with blinking dots at the bottom… So it happens right at the very beginning
